My mom made this for Alison a while back. It was too big for her when she sent it, but it fits now and it's really cute!

No the hat didn't fit. The pants part was a tiny bit big, but that was perfectly fine because most of the diaper covers that have come with things I bought for her were a little small. Some of that same lace across the butt would have been cute too! :)

Well, I thought some lace across the backside would have been cute - but if you'll notice, there are no side seams into which I could have attached the ends of the lace. I could have folded the ends of the lace over, but I thought it would look a little odd that way. I'll see what I can do on some of the other things.
